Surah Al-A'raaf
And he turned away from them and said, "O my people, I had certainly conveyed to you the messages of my Lord and advised you, so how could I grieve for a disbelieving people?"﴿93﴾
Translation
And he turned away from them and said, "O my people, I had certainly conveyed to you the messages of my Lord and advised you, so how could I grieve for a disbelieving people?"
Simplified Tafsir
فأعرض شعيب عنهم حينما أيقن بحلول العذاب بهم، وقال: يا قوم لقد أبلغتكم رسالات ربي، ونصحت لكم بالدخول في دين الله والإقلاع عما أنتم عليه، فلم تسمعوا ولم تطيعوا، فكيف أحزن على قوم جحدوا وحدانية الله وكذبوا رسله؟
