Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?
Simplified Tafsir
ألا يعلم ربُّ العالمين خَلْقه وشؤونهم، وهو الذي خَلَقهم وأتقن خَلْقَهُمْ وأحسنه؟ وهو اللطيف بعباده، الخبير بهم وبأعمالهم.
