Surah An-Nisaa

For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much - an obligatory share.﴿7﴾

Translation

For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much - an obligatory share.

Simplified Tafsir

للذكور -صغارًا أو كبارًا- نصيب شرعه الله فيما تركه الوالدان والأقربون من المال، قليلا كان أو كثيرًا، في أنصبة محددة واضحة فرضها الله عز وجل لهؤلاء، وللنساء كذلك.
