Ayah 162

Surah Aal-i-Imraan

So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allah like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allah and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination.﴿162﴾

Translation

So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allah like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allah and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination.

Simplified Tafsir

لا يستوي من كان قصده رضوان الله ومن هو مُكِبٌ على المعاصي، مسخط لربه، فاستحق بذلك سكن جهنم، وبئس المصير.
