Ayah 92

Surah Al-Baqara

And Moses had certainly brought you clear proofs. Then you took the calf [in worship] after that, while you were wrongdoers.﴿92﴾

Translation

And Moses had certainly brought you clear proofs. Then you took the calf [in worship] after that, while you were wrongdoers.

Simplified Tafsir

ولقد جاءكم نبي الله موسى بالمعجزات الواضحات الدالة على صدقه، كالطوفان والجراد والقُمَّل والضفادع، وغير ذلك مما ذكره الله في القرآن العظيم، ومع ذلك اتخذتم العجل معبودًا، بعد ذهاب موسى إلى ميقات ربه، وأنتم متجاوزون حدود الله.
