Ayah 35

Surah Al-Baqara

And We said, "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in [ease and] abundance from wherever you will. But do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers."﴿35﴾

Translation

And We said, "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in [ease and] abundance from wherever you will. But do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers."

Simplified Tafsir

وقال الله: يا آدم اسكن أنت وزوجك حواء الجنة، وتمتعا بثمارها تمتعًا هنيئًا واسعًا في أي مكان تشاءان فيها، ولا تقربا هذه الشجرة حتى لا تقعا في المعصية، فتصيرا من المتجاوزين أمر الله.
