Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,﴿96﴾
Translation
Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,
Simplified Tafsir
إن الذين حقَّت عليهم كلمة ربك -أيها الرسول- بطردهم من رحمته وعذابه لهم، لا يؤمنون بحجج الله، ولا يقرُّون بوحدانيته، ولا يعملون بشرعه.
