Ayah 53

Surah Yunus

And they ask information of you, [O Muhammad], "Is it true?" Say, "Yes, by my Lord. Indeed, it is truth; and you will not cause failure [to Allah]."﴿53﴾

Translation

And they ask information of you, [O Muhammad], "Is it true?" Say, "Yes, by my Lord. Indeed, it is truth; and you will not cause failure [to Allah]."

Simplified Tafsir

ويستخبرك هؤلاء المشركون من قومك -أيها الرسول- عن العذاب يوم القيامة، أحقٌّ هو؟ قل لهم -أيها الرسول-: نعم وربي إنه لحق لا شك فيه، وما أنتم بمعجزين الله أن يبعثكم ويجازيكم، فأنتم في قبضته وسلطانه.
