Eating Duas

بِسْمِ اللهِ

In the name of Allah.

بِسْمِ اللهِ فِي أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ

In the name of Allah in its beginning and its end.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا، وَرَزَقَنِيِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

Praise be to Allah Who has fed me this and provided it for me without any might or power from myself.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ، غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ وَلَا مُوَدَّعٍ، وَلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ رَبَّنَا

Praise be to Allah with many good and blessed praises. He is not in need of anyone, nor is He forsaken, nor can we do without Him, our Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِيمَا رَزَقْتَهُمْ، وَاغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَارْحَمْهُمْ

O Allah, bless for them that which You have provided them, and forgive them and have mercy on them.

أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ، وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الْأَبْرَارُ، وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ

May the fasting persons break their fast with you, and may the pious eat your food, and may the angels send blessings upon you.

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ، وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ، وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ

The thirst is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.

اللَّهُمَّ أَطْعِمْ مَنْ أَطْعَمَنِي، وَاسْقِ مَنْ سَقَانِي

O Allah, feed the one who fed me, and give drink to the one who gave me drink.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَأَطْعِمْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ

O Allah, bless it for us and feed us something better than it.
