Surah At-Tawba
O you who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness. And know that Allah is with the righteous.﴿123﴾
Translation
O you who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness. And know that Allah is with the righteous.
Simplified Tafsir
يا أيها الذين صدَّقوا الله ورسوله وعملوا بشرعه، ابدؤوا بقتال الأقرب فالأقرب إلى دار الإسلام من الكفار، وليجد الكفار فيكم غِلْظة وشدة، واعلموا أن الله مع المتقين بتأييده ونصره.
