So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able﴿40﴾

So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able

فلا أقسم برب مشارق الشمس والكواكب ومغاربها، إنا لقادرون على أن نستبدل بهم قومًا أفضل منهم وأطوع لله، وما أحد يسبقنا ويفوتنا ويعجزنا إذا أردنا أن نعيده.
