Ayah 166

Surah Al-A'raaf

So when they were insolent about that which they had been forbidden, We said to them, "Be apes, despised."﴿166﴾

Translation

So when they were insolent about that which they had been forbidden, We said to them, "Be apes, despised."

فلما تمردت تلك الطائفة، وتجاوزت ما نهاها الله عنه من عدم الصيد في يوم السبت، قال لهم الله: كونوا قردة خاسئين مبعدين من كل خير، فكانوا كذلك.
