Surah At-Talaaq
Let a man of wealth spend from his wealth, and he whose provision is restricted - let him spend from what Allah has given him. Allah does not charge a soul except [according to] what He has given it. Allah will bring about, after hardship, ease.﴿7﴾
Translation
Let a man of wealth spend from his wealth, and he whose provision is restricted - let him spend from what Allah has given him. Allah does not charge a soul except [according to] what He has given it. Allah will bring about, after hardship, ease.
Simplified Tafsir
لينفق الزوج مما وسَّع الله عليه على زوجته المطلقة، وعلى ولده إذا كان الزوج ذا سَعَة في الرزق، ومن ضُيِّق عليه في الرزق وهو الفقير، فلينفق مما أعطاه الله من الرزق، لا يُكَلَّف الفقير مثل ما يُكَلَّف الغني، سيجعل الله بعد ضيق وشدة سَعَة وغنى.
