Surah At-Talaaq
It is Allah who has created seven heavens and of the earth, the like of them. [His] command descends among them so you may know that Allah is over all things competent and that Allah has encompassed all things in knowledge.﴿12﴾
Translation
It is Allah who has created seven heavens and of the earth, the like of them. [His] command descends among them so you may know that Allah is over all things competent and that Allah has encompassed all things in knowledge.
Simplified Tafsir
الله وحده هو الذي خلق سبع سموات، وخلق سبعًا من الأرَضين، وأنزل الأمر مما أوحاه الله إلى رسله وما يدبِّر به خلقه بين السموات والأرض؛ لتعلموا- أيها الناس- أن الله على كل شيء قدير لا يعجزه شيء، وأن الله قد أحاط بكل شيء علمًا، فلا يخرج شيء عن علمه وقدرته.
