Surah Al-Munaafiqoon
They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they disband." And to Allah belongs the depositories of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.﴿7﴾
Translation
They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they disband." And to Allah belongs the depositories of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.
Simplified Tafsir
هؤلاء المنافقون هم الذين يقولون لأهل "المدينة": لا تنفقوا على أصحاب رسول الله من المهاجرين حتى يتفرقوا عنه. ولله وحده خزائن السموات والأرض وما فيهما من أرزاق، يعطيها من يشاء ويمنعها عمَّن يشاء، ولكن المنافقين ليس لديهم فقه ولا ينفعهم ذلك.
