Ayah 26

Surah Al-An'aam

And they prevent [others] from him and are [themselves] remote from him. And they do not destroy except themselves, but they perceive [it] not.﴿26﴾

Translation

And they prevent [others] from him and are [themselves] remote from him. And they do not destroy except themselves, but they perceive [it] not.

Simplified Tafsir

وهؤلاء المشركون ينهون الناس عن اتباع محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم والاستماع إليه، ويبتعدون بأنفسهم عنه، وما يهلكون -بصدهم عن سبيل الله- إلا أنفسهم، وما يحسون أنهم يعملون لهلاكها.
