Ayah 104

Surah Al-An'aam

There has come to you enlightenment from your Lord. So whoever will see does so for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever is blind [does harm] against it. And [say], "I am not a guardian over you."﴿104﴾

Translation

There has come to you enlightenment from your Lord. So whoever will see does so for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever is blind [does harm] against it. And [say], "I am not a guardian over you."

Simplified Tafsir

قل -أيها الرسول- لهؤلاء المشركين: قد جاءتكم براهين ظاهرة تبصرون بها الهدى من الضلال، مما اشتمل عليها القرآن، وجاء بها الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام، فمَن تبيَّن هذه البراهين وآمن بمدلولها فنَفْعُ ذلك لنفسه، ومَن لم يبصر الهدى بعد ظهور الحجة عليه فعلى نفسه جنى، وما أنا عليكم بحافظ أحصي أعمالكم، وإنما أنا مبلغ، والله يهدي مَن يشاء ويضل مَن يشاء وَفْق علمه وحكمته.
