Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?﴿69﴾
Translation
Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?

أفرأيتم الماء الذي تشربونه لتحْيَوا به، أأنتم أنزلتموه من السحاب إلى قرار الأرض، أم نحن الذين أنزلناه رحمة بكم؟
