The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet.﴿41﴾

The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet.
Simplified Tafsir
تَعرِف الملائكة المجرمين بعلاماتهم، فتأخذهم بمقدمة رؤوسهم وبأقدامهم، فترميهم في النار.
