They used not to prevent one another from wrongdoing that they did. How wretched was that which they were doing.﴿79﴾
Translation
They used not to prevent one another from wrongdoing that they did. How wretched was that which they were doing.
Simplified Tafsir
كان هؤلاء اليهود يُجاهرون بالمعاصي ويرضونها، ولا يَنْهى بعضُهم بعضًا عن أيِّ منكر فعلوه، وهذا من أفعالهم السيئة، وبه استحقوا أن يُطْرَدُوا من رحمة الله تعالى.
