Surah Al-Maaida
And when they come to you, they say, "We believe." But they have entered with disbelief [in their hearts], and they have certainly left with it. And Allah is most knowing of what they were concealing.﴿61﴾
Translation
And when they come to you, they say, "We believe." But they have entered with disbelief [in their hearts], and they have certainly left with it. And Allah is most knowing of what they were concealing.
Simplified Tafsir
وإذا جاءكم -أيها المؤمنون- منافقو اليهود، قالوا: آمنَّا، وهم مقيمون على كفرهم، قد دخلوا عليكم بكفرهم الذي يعتقدونه بقلوبهم، ثم خرجوا وهم مصرُّون عليه، والله أعلم بسرائرهم، وإن أظهروا خلاف ذلك.
