Surah Al-Hujuraat
And if they had been patient until you [could] come out to them, it would have been better for them. But Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.﴿5﴾
Translation
And if they had been patient until you [could] come out to them, it would have been better for them. But Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
Simplified Tafsir
ولو أنهم صبروا حتى تخرج إليهم لكان خيرًا لهم عند الله؛ لأن الله قد أمرهم بتوقيرك، والله غفور لما صدر عنهم جهلا منهم من الذنوب والإخلال بالآداب، رحيم بهم حيث لم يعاجلهم بالعقوبة.
