Surah Al-Jaathiya
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, their argument is only that they say, "Bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthful."﴿25﴾
Translation
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, their argument is only that they say, "Bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthful."
Simplified Tafsir
إذا تتلى على هؤلاء المشركين المكذبين بالبعث آياتنا واضحات، لم يكن لهم حجة إلا قولهم للرسول محمد: أحْي أنت والمؤمنون معك آباءنا الذين قد هلكوا، إن كنتم صادقين فيما تقولون.
