Surah Fussilat
Man is not weary of supplication for good [things], but if evil touches him, he is hopeless and despairing.﴿49﴾
Translation
Man is not weary of supplication for good [things], but if evil touches him, he is hopeless and despairing.
Simplified Tafsir
لا يملُّ الإنسان من دعاء ربه طالبًا الخير الدنيوي، وإن أصابه فقر وشدة فهو يؤوس من رحمة الله، قنوط بسوء الظن بربه.
