Ayah 62

Surah An-Nisaa

So how [will it be] when disaster strikes them because of what their hands have put forth and then they come to you swearing by Allah, "We intended nothing but good conduct and accommodation."﴿62﴾

Translation

So how [will it be] when disaster strikes them because of what their hands have put forth and then they come to you swearing by Allah, "We intended nothing but good conduct and accommodation."

Simplified Tafsir

فكيف يكون حال أولئك المناففين، إذا حلَّت بهم مصيبة بسبب ما اقترفوه بأيديهم، ثم جاؤوك -أيها الرسول- يعتذرون، ويؤكدون لك أنهم ما قصدوا بأعمالهم تلك إلا الإحسان والتوفيق بين الخصوم؟
