Ayah 33

Surah An-Nisaa

And for all, We have made heirs to what is left by parents and relatives. And to those whom your oaths have bound [to you] - give them their share. Indeed Allah is ever, over all things, a Witness.﴿33﴾

Translation

And for all, We have made heirs to what is left by parents and relatives. And to those whom your oaths have bound [to you] - give them their share. Indeed Allah is ever, over all things, a Witness.

Simplified Tafsir

ولكل واحد منكم جعلنا ورثة يرثون مما ترك الوالدان والأقربون، والذين تحالفتم معهم بالأيمان المؤكدة على النصرة وإعطائهم شيئًا من الميراث فأعطوهم ما قُدِّر لهم. والميراث بالتحالف كان في أول الإسلام، ثم رُفع حكمه بنزول آيات المواريث. إن الله كان مُطَّلِعًا على كل شيء من أعمالكم، وسيجازيكم على ذلك.
