Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.﴿62﴾
Translation
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
Simplified Tafsir
الله تعالى هو خالق الأشياء كلها، وربها ومليكها والمتصرف فيها، وهو على كل شيء حفيظ يدَبِّر جميع شؤون خلقه.
