Surah Az-Zumar
Lest a soul should say, "Oh [how great is] my regret over what I neglected in regard to Allah and that I was among the mockers."﴿56﴾
Translation
Lest a soul should say, "Oh [how great is] my regret over what I neglected in regard to Allah and that I was among the mockers."
Simplified Tafsir
وأطيعوا ربكم وتوبوا إليه حتى لا تندم نفس وتقول: يا حسرتى على ما ضيَّعت في الدنيا من العمل بما أمر الله به، وقصَّرت في طاعته وحقه، وإن كنت في الدنيا لمن المستهزئين بأمر الله وكتابه ورسوله والمؤمنين به.
