Surah Az-Zumar
Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky and makes it flow as springs [and rivers] in the earth; then He produces thereby crops of varying colors; then they dry and you see them turned yellow; then He makes them [scattered] debris. Indeed in that is a reminder for those of understanding.﴿21﴾
Translation
Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky and makes it flow as springs [and rivers] in the earth; then He produces thereby crops of varying colors; then they dry and you see them turned yellow; then He makes them [scattered] debris. Indeed in that is a reminder for those of understanding.
Simplified Tafsir
ألم تر -أيها الرسول- أن الله أنزل من السحاب مطرًا فأدخله في الأرض، وجعله عيونًا نابعة ومياهًا جارية، ثم يُخْرج بهذا الماء زرعًا مختلفًا ألوانه وأنواعه، ثم ييبس بعد خضرته ونضارته، فتراه مصفرًا لونه، ثم يجعله حطامًا متكسِّرًا متفتتًا؟ إن في فِعْل الله ذلك لَذكرى وموعظة لأصحاب العقول السليمة.
