Surah Saad
And he said, "Indeed, I gave preference to the love of good [things] over the remembrance of my Lord until the sun disappeared into the curtain [of darkness]."﴿32﴾
Translation
And he said, "Indeed, I gave preference to the love of good [things] over the remembrance of my Lord until the sun disappeared into the curtain [of darkness]."
Simplified Tafsir
فقال: إنني آثرت حب المال عن ذكر ربي حتى غابت الشمس عن عينيه، رُدُّوا عليَّ الخيل التي عُرضت من قبل، فشرع يمسح سوقها وأعناقها.
