Surah Faatir
Indeed, Allah holds the heavens and the earth, lest they cease. And if they should cease, no one could hold them [in place] after Him. Indeed, He is Forbearing and Forgiving.﴿41﴾
Translation
Indeed, Allah holds the heavens and the earth, lest they cease. And if they should cease, no one could hold them [in place] after Him. Indeed, He is Forbearing and Forgiving.
Simplified Tafsir
إن الله يمسك السماوات والأرض أن تزولا عن مكانهما، ولئن زالت السماوات والأرض عن مكانهما ما يمسكهما من أحد من بعده. إن الله كان حليمًا في تأخير العقوبة عن الكافرين والعصاة، غفورًا لمن تاب من ذنبه ورجع إليه.
