Surah Saba
They will say, "Exalted are You! You, [O Allah], are our benefactor not them. Rather, they used to worship the jinn; most of them were believers in them."﴿41﴾
Translation
They will say, "Exalted are You! You, [O Allah], are our benefactor not them. Rather, they used to worship the jinn; most of them were believers in them."
Simplified Tafsir
قالت الملائكة: ننزهك يا ألله عن أن يكون لك شريك في العبادة، أنت وليُّنا الذي نطيعه ونعبده وحده، بل كان هؤلاء يعبدون الشياطين، أكثرهم بهم مصدقون ومطيعون.
