Surah Saba
Say, [O Muhammad], "Invoke those you claim [as deities] besides Allah." They do not possess an atom's weight [of ability] in the heavens or on the earth, and they do not have therein any partnership [with Him], nor is there for Him from among them any assistant.﴿22﴾
Translation
Say, [O Muhammad], "Invoke those you claim [as deities] besides Allah." They do not possess an atom's weight [of ability] in the heavens or on the earth, and they do not have therein any partnership [with Him], nor is there for Him from among them any assistant.
Simplified Tafsir
قل -أيها الرسول- للمشركين: ادعوا الذين زعمتموهم شركاء لله فعبدتموهم من دونه من الأصنام والملائكة والبشر، واقصدوهم في حوائجكم، فإنهم لن يجيبوكم، فهم لا يملكون وزن نملة صغيرة في السموات ولا في الأرض، وليس لهم شِرْكة فيهما، وليس لله من هؤلاء المشركين معين على خلق شيء، بل الله -سبحانه وتعالى- هو المتفرد بالإيجاد، فهو الذي يُعْبَدُ وحده، ولا يستحق العبادة أحد سواه.
