And Iblees had already confirmed through them his assumption, so they followed him, except for a party of believers.﴿20﴾
Translation
And Iblees had already confirmed through them his assumption, so they followed him, except for a party of believers.
Simplified Tafsir
ولقد ظن إبليس ظنًا غير يقين أنه سيضل بني آدم، وأنهم سيطيعونه في معصية الله، فصدَّق ظنه عليهم، فأطاعوه وعصوا ربهم إلا فريقًا من المؤمنين بالله، فإنهم ثبتوا على طاعة الله.
