Surah Ar-Room
Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent.﴿54﴾
Translation
Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent.
Simplified Tafsir
الله تعالى هو الذي خلقكم من ماء ضعيف مهين، وهو النطفة، ثم جعل من بعد ضعف الطفولة قوة الرجولة، ثم جعل من بعد هذه القوة ضعف الكبر والهرم، يخلق الله ما يشاء من الضعف والقوة، وهو العليم بخلقه، القادر على كل شيء.
