Surah Ar-Room
Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness].﴿41﴾
Translation
Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness].
Simplified Tafsir
ظهر الفساد في البر والبحر، كالجدب وقلة الأمطار وكثرة الأمراض والأوبئة؛ وذلك بسبب المعاصي التي يقترفها البشر؛ ليصيبهم بعقوبة بعض أعمالهم التي عملوها في الدنيا؛ كي يتوبوا إلى الله -سبحانه- ويرجعوا عن المعاصي، فتصلح أحوالهم، وتستقيم أمورهم.
