O People of the Scripture, why do you confuse the truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know [it]?﴿71﴾
Translation
O People of the Scripture, why do you confuse the truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know [it]?
Simplified Tafsir
يا أهل التوراة والإنجيل لِمَ تخلطون الحق في كتبكم بما حرفتموه وكتبتموه من الباطل بأيديكم، وتُخْفون ما فيهما من صفة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأن دينه هو الحق، وأنتم تعلمون ذلك؟
