Surah Al-Qasas
So We restored him to his mother that she might be content and not grieve and that she would know that the promise of Allah is true. But most of the people do not know.﴿13﴾
Translation
So We restored him to his mother that she might be content and not grieve and that she would know that the promise of Allah is true. But most of the people do not know.
Simplified Tafsir
فرددنا موسى إلى أمه؛ كي تقرَّ عينها به، ووفينا إليها بالوعد؛ إذ رجع إليها سليمًا مِن قتل فرعون، ولا تحزنَ على فراقه، ولتعلم أن وعد الله حق فيما وعدها مِن ردِّه إليها وجعله من المرسلين. إن الله لا يخلف وعده، ولكن أكثر المشركين لا يعلمون أن وعد الله حق.
