Translation
Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
Simplified Tafsir
فخافوا عقوبة الله، واقبلوا نصحي، ولا تنقادوا لأمر المسرفين على أنفسهم المتمادين في معصية الله الذين دأبوا على الإفساد في الأرض إفسادًا لا إصلاح فيه.
