Surah Al-Furqaan
But they worship rather than Allah that which does not benefit them or harm them, and the disbeliever is ever, against his Lord, an assistant [to Satan].﴿55﴾
Translation
But they worship rather than Allah that which does not benefit them or harm them, and the disbeliever is ever, against his Lord, an assistant [to Satan].
Simplified Tafsir
ومع كل هذه الدلائل على قدرة الله وإنعامه على خلقه يَعبدُ الكفار مِن دون الله ما لا ينفعهم إن عبدوه، ولا يضرهم إن تركوا عبادته، وكان الكافر عونًا للشيطان على ربه بالشرك في عبادة الله، مُظَاهِرًا له على معصيته.
