Surah Al-Furqaan
And it is He who has made the night for you as clothing and sleep [a means for] rest and has made the day a resurrection.﴿47﴾
Translation
And it is He who has made the night for you as clothing and sleep [a means for] rest and has made the day a resurrection.
Simplified Tafsir
والله تعالى هو الذي جعل لكم الليل ساترًا لكم بظلامه كما يستركم اللباس، وجعل النوم راحة لأبدانكم، وجعل لكم النهار؛ لتنتشروا في الأرض، وتطلبوا معايشكم.
