Surah Al-Furqaan
And We said, "Go both of you to the people who have denied Our signs." Then We destroyed them with [complete] destruction.﴿36﴾
Translation
And We said, "Go both of you to the people who have denied Our signs." Then We destroyed them with [complete] destruction.
Simplified Tafsir
ولقد آتينا موسى التوراة، وجعلنا معه أخاه هارون معينًا له، فقلنا لهما: اذهبا إلى فرعون وقومه الذين كذَّبوا بدلائل ربوبيتنا وألوهيتنا، فذهبا إليهم، فدَعَواهم إلى الإيمان بالله وطاعته وعدم الإشراك به، فكذَّبوهما، فأهلكناهم إهلاكًا عظيمًا.
