Surah Al-Muminoon
But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away.﴿71﴾
Translation
But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away.
Simplified Tafsir
ولو شرع الله لهم ما يوافق أهواءهم لفسدت السموات والأرض ومَن فيهن، بل أتيناهم بما فيه عزهم وشرفهم، وهو القرآن، فهم عنه معرضون.
