But the people divided their religion among them into sects - each faction, in what it has, rejoicing.﴿53﴾
Translation
But the people divided their religion among them into sects - each faction, in what it has, rejoicing.
Simplified Tafsir
فتفرَّق الأتباع في الدين إلى أحزاب وشيع، جعلوا دينهم أديانًا بعدما أُمروا بالاجتماع، كل حزب معجب برأيه زاعم أنه على الحق وغيره على الباطل. وفي هذا تحذير من التحزب والتفرق في الدين.
