Surah Al-Anbiyaa
And to Lot We gave judgement and knowledge, and We saved him from the city that was committing wicked deeds. Indeed, they were a people of evil, defiantly disobedient.﴿74﴾
Translation
And to Lot We gave judgement and knowledge, and We saved him from the city that was committing wicked deeds. Indeed, they were a people of evil, defiantly disobedient.
Simplified Tafsir
وآتينا لوطًا النبوة وفصل القضاء بين الخصوم وعلمًا بأمر الله ودينه، ونجيناه من قريته "سدوم" التي كان يعمل أهلها الخبائث. إنهم كانوا بسبب الخبائث والمنكرات التي يأتونها أهل سوء وقُبْح، خارجين عن طاعة الله.
