Surah Taa-Haa
And Adam and his wife ate of it, and their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And Adam disobeyed his Lord and erred.﴿121﴾
Translation
And Adam and his wife ate of it, and their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And Adam disobeyed his Lord and erred.
Simplified Tafsir
فأكل آدم وحواء من الشجرة التي نهاهما الله عنها، فانكشفت لهما عوراتهما، وكانت مستورةً عن أعينهما، فأخذا ينزعان من ورق أشجار الجنة ويلصقانه عليهما؛ ليسترا ما انكشف من عوراتهما، وخالف آدم أمر ربه، فغوى بالأكل من الشجرة التي نهاه الله عن الاقتراب منها.
