And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]﴿45﴾

واستعينوا في كل أموركم بالصبر بجميع أنواعه، وكذلك الصلاة. وإنها لشاقة إلا على الخاشعين.
