Surah Al-Baqara
That is [deserved by them] because Allah has sent down the Book in truth. And indeed, those who differ over the Book are in extreme dissension.﴿176﴾
Translation
That is [deserved by them] because Allah has sent down the Book in truth. And indeed, those who differ over the Book are in extreme dissension.
Simplified Tafsir
ذلك العذاب الذي استحقوه بسبب أن الله تعالى نزَّل كتبه على رسله مشتملة على الحق المبين، فكفروا به. وإن الذين اختلفوا في الكتاب فأمنوا ببعضه وكفروا ببعضه، لفي منازعة ومفارقة بعيدة عن الرشد والصواب.
