Surah Al-Baqara
So if they believe in the same as you believe in, then they have been [rightly] guided; but if they turn away, they are only in dissension, and Allah will be sufficient for you against them. And He is the Hearing, the Knowing.﴿137﴾
Translation
So if they believe in the same as you believe in, then they have been [rightly] guided; but if they turn away, they are only in dissension, and Allah will be sufficient for you against them. And He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
Simplified Tafsir
فإنْ آمن الكفار من اليهود والنصارى وغيرهم بمثل الذي آمنتم به، مما جاء به الرسول، فقد اهتدوا إلى الحق، وإن أعرضوا فإنما هم في خلاف شديد، فسيكفيك الله -أيها الرسول- شرَّهم وينصرك عليهم، وهو السميع لأقوالكم، العليم بأحوالكم.
