Surah Al-Israa
So when the [time of] promise came for the first of them, We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled.﴿5﴾
Translation
So when the [time of] promise came for the first of them, We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled.
Simplified Tafsir
فإذا وقع منهم الإفساد الأول سَلَّطْنا عليهم عبادًا لنا ذوي شجاعة وقوة شديدة، يغلبونهم ويقتلونهم ويشردونهم، فطافوا بين ديارهم مفسدين، وكان ذلك وعدًا لا بدَّ مِن وقوعه؛ لوجود سببه منهم.
